This "Big Day" seems to come maybe in the end of 2006, I wont loose more time with hidden Open Source developments. XOOPS JP and Skalpa's XOOPS will be maintained (as up to date translations by my teams) until the end of 2006, after this date will remain as archive. We prefer and will join in something more "opened" and "actively developed" project.
The great idea called XOOPS, seems to go nowhere, or probably in more and more new forks, nothing is bad, but instead creating fork of the forked one, why all of this forkers are not joins in one team and to create something different such as the exellent example Exponent, one real primer how CMS should be, the second one is Xaraya, first is an example how something can look different in any aspect, second Xaraya - what means OPEN and ACTIVE Development.
Few weeks of waiting, and searching thru this open source community (not xoops) - the whole Open Source World, watching a lot of different topics and disscussions (most of them are international, not Germans only and separate forum without post of the site admins or Moderators (excuse me Ayumi). So this way of creating separate (Trash forum) - English for non-japanese speakers/writers is not the best way of realizing International Open Source Community - check forums.gentoo.org.
In this time of no activity from my side on this pseudo International forums, I can see just one - no posts. No posts means one thing - lack of interest, so Igor - here is your answer, XOOPS Cube will not come soon as International release, cos there is no interests in such project. From developers point - no interests means loosing of time with such idea.
So XOOPS Cube Bulgaria (Unofficial support site) will becomes Freelancers with no more official/unofficial support for any XOOPS forks (after the end of 2006 officialy). GTLT will continue cover it till the middle of July (as Spanish, Slovakian, Greece, Hungary, Chezh, Serbian and few other languages) at least as full translation of the main distributive. Tasks was started weeks ago before this long inactivity, and I cant trow the work of this volunteers to the trash, so XOOPS 2.0.13 translations will come as promised in the begining of 2006 after the holydays.
Wish u success with all X releases, XOOPS 2.2/2.3 and XOOPS Cube, RunCMS, Ciamos and few others.

In truth, sometimes when waiting, we easily forget that popular quote:
"Patience is the companion of wisdom"
People just wants to know where they go !
That is for a natural and universal reason, even some people are passive and some others active. Both need that information to go through...
You are not obliged, but if you agree can you keep, a blog updated, at least, this thread.

Anyway XOOPS Translations released today, an updated Turkish language files for XOOPS 2.0.13a JP (aka Cube)

Thank you for your patience and comments. We are just developing the XOOPS Cube 2.1.
XOOPS Cube 2.1. has many different function from XOOPS 2.0.x, yet it has compatibility of modules and themes of XOOPS 2.0.x.
After release of XOOPS Cube 2.1 DR, we need to concentrate on documentation, debug and translation. It will be on January 2006.

Thank you for your support to this project. As for language files, main problem is translation of 'Action Search' function. 'Action Search' guide users how to use the administration area, just like 'Help' menu of a windows application.
We just prepare it in Japanese, and translation to English would be in January 2006 in some parts.
The release XOOPS Cube 2.1 DR this weekend would be for trial use for developers. It is not for public website and we recommend to use it in local machine to understand what we are trying to develop.
